FAQ

Questions about the Romania → Germany route

Is customs clearance needed between Romania and Germany?

No, not for goods in free circulation in the EU. Customs formalities only arise if the goods come from outside the Union and have not been released into free circulation.

How long does the journey actually take?

Usually 48–72h for destinations in the south and centre. Towards northern Germany it can reach 72–84h, particularly with the weekend driving bans for trucks.

Can you deliver to several addresses?

Yes. Each extra stop goes into the price and I tell you about it up front.

Have a shipment on the Romania → Germany route?

It takes under a minute to fill in, or you can just call me. I check availability with carriers and come back with a firm quote, with no hidden costs at unloading.
