Cookie policy
Which cookies the site uses, and why it does not ask your consent for them.

This translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version is the one that prevails.
In short
The site sets two strictly necessary cookies, without which the forms do not work. The law requires no consent for those. You can block them in your browser, but then you will not be able to send a quote request.
Everything else — traffic measurement, marketing — starts refused and switches on only if you press "Accept". If you refuse, you lose nothing on the site. You can change your choice at any time, from the cookie settings or from the footer of any page.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that the site places in your browser. On your next visits the browser sends it back, and the site can tell that you are the same person who filled in a form a minute ago.
Which cookies this site sets
| Cookie | What it is for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| soare-logistics-session | It remembers your session while you are on the site: what you filled into a form, which message you are shown after sending it. Without it, the forms could not work. | Until you close the browser |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protection against an attack in which another site would submit forms in your name, without your knowledge. It is a security measure, not a tracking one. | Until you close the browser |
Both are strictly necessary. Neither contains data about you and neither can be read by another site.
The forms are protected by an anti-spam service that stores nothing in your browser.
What does not load
The fonts are hosted on the site's own server, not taken from Google Fonts — so your browser does not contact Google when you open the site. There are no embedded maps, YouTube videos, social buttons that track you, or advertising networks.
The links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Facebook are plain links: they load nothing until you click them. If you do click, the policies of those services apply.
How to control cookies
You can delete or block them in your browser settings, under privacy. Note, however, that blocking the strictly necessary cookies makes the forms unusable — you will not be able to send a quote request or a review, because the site will have no way of confirming that the form really comes from you.
How your consent works
Your choice is kept in a cookie of the site itself, valid for 180 days, after which you are asked again. It contains only what you ticked and when — nothing that identifies you.
Technically, I use Google Consent Mode v2. It means that any tracking tag receives the instruction "store nothing" before it gets a chance to start, not after. If I change the categories above, the old consent becomes invalid and you are asked again, because consent given for something else cannot be carried over.
